The fabric width can range from 90CMS to 150CMS (36 to 60 inches).
D.S.K. uses imported adhesive from the most trusted manufacturer from Switzerland, Germany and China respectively depending on customer's requirement and their properties are listed below.
POLYAMIDE Adhesive:-
• Uses moderate bonding temperature
• Recommended for blouses etc.
• Excellent in wash resistance from 40c to 90c (Enzyme Wash)
• Excellent in dry-clean resistance
• Excellent in steam resistance
POLYESTER Adhesive:-
• Uses moderate bonding temperature
• Recommended for blouses etc.
• Excellent in wash resistance from 40c to 90c
• Not recommended for dry-clean
• Moderate in steam resistance
HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE Adhesive:-
• Uses high bonding temperature
• Recommended for shirts interlining etc.
• Excellent in wash resistance up to 95c
• Not recommended for dry-clean
LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE Adhesive:-
• Uses low bonding temperature
• Recommended for caps and belt etc.
• Excellent in wash resistance up to 60c
• Not recommended for dry-clean
